Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 26, 2026

This Policy explains general rules that may apply to appointment cancellations, missed appointments, deposits, diagnostic charges, approved repairs, parts, refunds, and service-related billing. It should be read together with the Terms of Use.

1. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, provide reasonable advance notice.

A late cancellation or failed-access visit may be subject to a cancellation or service-call charge where applicable and disclosed.

2. Diagnostic and Service-Call Charges

A diagnostic or service-call fee may apply for travel, inspection, testing, diagnosis, or preparation of a repair recommendation.

Once the diagnostic visit has been performed, that charge is generally payment for work already completed and is not automatically refundable.

3. Estimates and Approved Repairs

A repair estimate may include labor, parts, taxes, shipping, or other applicable charges.

If additional conditions are discovered after access or disassembly, a revised estimate may be required before additional work proceeds.

4. Deposits and Special-Order Parts

A deposit may be required for certain repairs, parts, or scheduling situations.

Special-order or model-specific parts may be non-returnable or subject to restocking/shipping rules imposed by the supplier. Any such condition should be disclosed where applicable before the order is finalized.

5. Completed Services

Payment for completed diagnostic or repair labor is not automatically refundable merely because an appliance later develops a separate issue.

If you believe the original repair was not performed as agreed, contact the service using the information below so the concern can be reviewed against the estimate, invoice, and any written service warranty.

6. Parts Returns

Unused parts supplied for a repair may be eligible for return only when allowed by the supplier, the part remains in returnable condition, and the applicable service agreement permits it.

Installed, used, electrical, special-order, or otherwise non-returnable parts may not qualify for a refund.

7. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe a charge was duplicated or processed incorrectly, contact us promptly with the invoice or transaction details so the billing record can be reviewed.

8. Refund Method and Timing

Where a refund is approved, it should normally be issued to the original payment method when practical. Processing time can depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute, contact us so the service record, estimate, invoice, and payment history can be reviewed.

This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
